How to Cancel Pressable and Get a Refund (30-Day Guarantee)
How to cancel a Pressable plan from the Billing page, the difference between Cancel Later and Cancel Now, and who can and cannot get a refund within 30 days.
- pressable
- cancellation
You cancel Pressable in the MyPressable Control Panel. Cancelling deletes your sites, and Pressable says deleted sites cannot be recovered, so download backups before you start.
Refund rules
- Window: You can request a refund for a plan within 30 days of sign-up.
- Free trials: Customers who had a free trial and were then billed are not eligible.
- Prepaid plans: Prepaid customers who choose Cancel Now are not eligible.
- Contract or Premium plans: Contact Pressable's sales team instead.
- How to ask: Email [email protected].
How to cancel
- Log in to the MyPressable Control Panel as the account owner. Collaborators cannot cancel.
- Select Billing in the left menu, and under My Plan, click Cancel Plan.
- Click the Cancel Plan button at the bottom of the next page.
- Go through the confirmation steps, then choose Cancel Later or Cancel Now.
No cancel button? You are probably logged in as a collaborator; only the owner can cancel.
Cancel Later or Cancel Now?
- Cancel Later: The plan ends at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancel Now: Your sites are deleted immediately.
Either way, download your backups first. If invoices go overdue, Pressable also cancels the account and removes its sites.
Your WordPress.com account
Cancelling Pressable does not close a WordPress.com account. If you want that closed too, it is a separate step at WordPress.com.
Moving to another host?
Migrate your site and move DNS first, then cancel. Compare five-year costs on the Pressable renewal price page, or see Pressable against Kinsta.
