How to Cancel Verpex Hosting and Get a Refund (30-Day Guarantee)
How to raise a cancellation request in the Verpex client area, the deadline before renewal, and how the one-time 30-day no-quibble money-back guarantee works.

You cancel Verpex from its client area at clients.verpex.com. If you are inside the 30-day money-back guarantee, you ask for the refund in the same cancellation request.
Refund rules
Verpex's Terms and Conditions of Service say:
- Window: 30 days for all products except domains, servers, and certain third-party products such as Microsoft 365 Business licenses.
- First term only: The guarantee does not apply to renewals or later terms.
- Once only: You can use the guarantee one time, and Verpex may link customers across accounts when applying it.
- What you get: A full refund of the money paid to the date of termination, minus domain registration fees and other non-refundable costs.
- Not covered: Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, and bespoke dedicated servers. License add-ons are also final and non-refundable.
- After the guarantee: Cancelling before your service end date does not refund any prepaid months.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
How to cancel
- Log in to the client area at clients.verpex.com.
- View the product you want to cancel.
- Raise a cancellation request and fill in the reason.
- If you qualify for the money-back guarantee, request the refund in the cancellation notes.
Deadline before renewal
To stop a renewal, cancel by 11:59pm GMT on the day before the renewal is due. You can also raise a support ticket up to 24 hours before renewal.
