Buying Hostinger hosting takes about five minutes. The part worth slowing down for is the billing period, because it decides both your intro price and how long that price lasts.

Before you start: pick a plan and a term

Hostinger's WordPress-ready web hosting starts with the Premium and Unlimited plans, then moves up to Cloud Startup, Cloud Professional, and Cloud Enterprise. As of October 2026, our plan data shows:

PlanIntro price (48 months)Renewal priceWebsites
Premium$2.49/mo$12.19/mo3
Unlimited$3.49/mo$18.99/moUnlimited
Cloud Startup$7.99/mo$27.99/moUnlimited

Hostinger offers 1, 12, 24, and 48-month subscriptions. The lowest monthly rate needs the 48-month term, and you pay the whole term upfront. See the full breakdown on our Hostinger renewal price page before you choose.

Compare the total for the term you will actually pay, not the per-month number on the plan card.

Step 1: Add a plan to your cart

  1. Open the Hostinger hosting page and compare the plans.
  2. Click Add to cart on the plan you want.

Step 2: Choose the subscription period

Select 1, 12, 24, or 48 months. The cart updates the total due today. Longer terms lower the monthly rate, but the full amount is charged at checkout.

Step 3: Create your account

Enter an email address to create a new account, or sign in with Google or Facebook.

Step 4: Pay

  1. Add your name, phone number, address, and country if prompted.
  2. For a business purchase, tick Add company details and enter your company name and tax code.
  3. If you have a coupon, enter it and click Apply.
  4. Pay by card and click Submit payment, or choose PayPal, Google Pay, or another listed method. Hostinger completes the payment in the same panel without redirecting you.

Step 5: Set up your first website

After payment, the dashboard walks you through setup. You can:

  • Create a new WordPress site, or use Hostinger's Website Builder.
  • Claim the free domain, if your plan and term include one. Hostinger lists a free first-year domain on Premium and Unlimited plans with a 12-month or longer term, so check the offer shown in your cart.
  • Migrate an existing site instead. Our Hostinger migration guide covers that path.

If your domain is registered elsewhere, point it to Hostinger's nameservers. DNS changes usually take a few hours and can take up to 48 hours.

What to check after you sign up

  • Renewal date and price: Find them under Billing → Subscriptions in the dashboard.
  • Auto-renewal: It is on by default. You can turn it off on the same page.
  • Refund window: New hosting purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our Hostinger cancellation guide explains how to use it.
