Liquid Web's managed WordPress hosting (run on the Nexcess platform) is sized by how many sites you need and how much traffic each gets. The tier you pick mostly decides backups and support for migrations.
Before you start: choose sites, traffic, and tier
On Liquid Web's managed WordPress page you first set the number of sites (1, 3, 5, 10, or 25) and the monthly visits per site, then pick a tier. For one site with up to 50,000 visits a month, it lists:
| Plan | Monthly price | Storage | Backups |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro WordPress | $19/mo | 15 GB | 14-day daily |
| Elite WordPress | $29/mo | 15 GB | 30-day daily |
Annual billing saves 10%. Every plan includes DDoS protection, a web application firewall, a Cloudflare-powered edge CDN, Object Cache Pro, and Kadence Security Pro. See the Liquid Web renewal price page for the five-year cost.
Step 1: Configure the plan
Choose the site count and traffic level, switch between Monthly and Annual, and click Buy now on Pro or Elite. Optional add-ons and usage-based extras (autoscaling, CDN overage) are listed in the plan details.
Step 2: Create your account and pay
Complete the checkout. You then manage your sites from the client portal, where each plan appears on the Plans page.
Step 3: Add your site
Each new site gets a temporary domain, so you can build or test before pointing your real domain. To move an existing site, use the free self-serve migration plugin covered in our Liquid Web migration guide.
What to check after you sign up
- Billing: Monthly or annual, renewing automatically.
- Cancelling later: See our Liquid Web cancellation guide.
