WPX prices its WordPress hosting by plan and by how long you prepay, from monthly up to five years. Its "Price Lock" guarantee keeps your plan's price the same for the whole initial subscription period.

Before you start: compare the plans

As of October 2026, WPX's pricing page lists:

PlanMonthly1 year (per month)3 years (per month)WebsitesStorageBandwidth
Starter$17.99$14.99$12.49110 GB100 GB
Business$29.99$24.99$20.83Up to 520 GB200 GB
Professional$59.99$49.99$41.66Up to 1540 GB400 GB
Elite$119.99$99.99$83.33Up to 3580 GBUnlimited

Paying yearly gets two months free; five-year prepayment is cheapest (Starter $11.99/mo, $719.60 upfront). There is also an Agency plan and three WooCommerce plans (Powerstore, Superstore, Hyperstore). Prices exclude taxes. The WPX renewal price page shows the five-year cost.

Step 1: Choose a billing term

Pick monthly, or prepay for one to five years. WPX was advertising 79% off the first month on monthly plans with the code SAVE79; check its refund rules below before using a promotion, since refund terms can change during promotional campaigns.

Step 2: Pick a plan

Choose by the number of sites you need. Every plan includes daily backups kept for 28 days and free standard migrations.

Step 3: Complete your order

Finish checkout. Keep in mind that a purchase must be over $5 (excluding VAT) to be eligible for a refund, so a heavily discounted first month may not qualify.

Step 4: Add your site

Moving an existing site? Click Migrate Site in your WPX account and fill out the migration form; standard migrations are free and usually done within 24 hours. See our WPX migration guide.

What to check after you sign up

  • Refund window: 30 days from purchase, with a formal cancellation request in your account. See our WPX cancellation guide.
  • Monthly plans: Only the first monthly payment can be refunded.
